Our Uniform
All SJW Staff are issued with a Smart Navy Uniform, ID Badge and a mobile device. We thought long and hard about our uniform we wanted to wear something that didn't scream out "I am his/her carer". We felt with this uniform, potentially, we could be in any profession. This is because we pride ourselves on being different and protecting our client’s privacy by being as discreet as possible.
In this uniform we have been asked if we work at the dentist, beauticians and even a travel agent, which is what we were hoping to achieve.

We are firm believers in looking after our staff too. Each month during our clients reviews we ask our Service Users to nominate who they feel have gone above and beyond their duties;
staff are then certificated and rewarded with a gift.
