My husband was discharged from the hospital extremely quickly due to the coronavirus. As soon as he was home 2 ladies from SJW arrived and set about making my husband comfortable and as relaxed as could be under the circumstances. Also assisting me emotionally. Each day my husband looked forward to seeing his 2 carers x3 times a day. He laughed and joked with them. They were a vital part of my husband's return home and even though it was only for a short while, they truly did improve both my husband's and my quality of life. Truly amazing "Thank you all". All the carers are lovely and friendly. Communication and appreciation of the needs of clients always assessed. Good communication book used all times. Mum is very comfortable around all the carers which enables her to maintain her own independence at home. Managers and carers also always open to suggestions and changes which is good for clients and families.

Very accommodating to my mum's needs. Cares build relationships very quickly. The company were very compassionate and supportive when assessing mum and arranging care. Mum has dementia and can be challenging at times but we are confident in the care that she receives.

I am extremely pleased with the care provided to my mum by SJW. My mum's care is provided by a small number of carers, which is very positive and not my experience with other agencies. They leave good/well-informed notes on the care provided to my mum. I would have no worries about recommending this care agency to other families/service users.

Although, initially, it took a few weeks to straighten out one or two chinks in the quality of care my brother was receiving, I am pleased to say that, since then, the level of care has improved by leaps and bounds, to the point where I can freely say that I would not hesitate to recommend SJW to anyone who is seeking a care provider that gives a very professional level of day to day care. Sorry this has taken so long, I’ve actually managed to get a full week in at work!, well almost.
Anyway, it’s just a note to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, to you and the girls, I’m sure I speak for my father when I say his care was exemplary, although he probably wasn’t always convinced!, but that’s another story.
I have rarely seen such a professional organisation in any trade.
Both before your arrival and since, I have heard horror stories about carers in peoples’ homes, I think you guys are the shining light in your field.
It would be remiss of me to single anyone out, your wonderful staff are all very professional and compassionate, and can never be accused of doing, only what’s required of them, above and beyond was seen on a regular basis, however, the 3 ladies who did the regular nights, deserve a medal for some of those visits!!!
You well know my opinion on the care package provision and what was my preference, however it was not to be. You will be pleased to note for Bill’s sake, that the other route is working out so far so good, the ladies are settling in and their English is improving daily, father had taken a real shine to them, and they really do fuss over him, baring his latest UTI, he’s in quite good shape.

We are leaving a review to SJW the wright care Ltd in regards to a incident in which we needed assistance from the carers who looked after a elderly woman who had a fall outside her property and luckily we was working near by and able to act quickly to her assistance. We managed to comfort the woman whilst we rang for a ambulance to attend her to ensure she was ok. We managed to find out who her carers was and we contacted them directly for emergency assistance in which they arrived promptly alongside the ambulance crew. This message is a big thank you from us a team of workers and also as a company to thank SJW the wright care Ltd for helping us out in a difficult situation. The thought of having care for my husband was daunting but something we needed to try to see if we could manage at home. We have definitely not been disappointed. I was wary of letting people in our home but the fact we have continuity we know exactly who will be arriving. The girls are exceptionally well turned out and they go above and beyond, even surprised my husband with an birthday gifts and cards. We are both extremely happy with the care being provided. The care has increased over our time with SJW allowing me to attend my social events at ease knowing someone I trust is supporting my husband. I want to thank all at SJW for all they do. I have used their service for the past 3 years now, in this time i have gained a friendship with all including office staff. I have the same staff from week to week which means they all know my routine. I have never needed to tell or remind the girls on what needs to be done.
